Tori Elkins, MBA, COE, COT, serves as the Regional Director at EyeCare Partners since March 2022 and has held the position of Practice Administrator at Huron Ophthalmology since July 2016. Previously, Tori was the Director of Clinical Operations at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology from November 2007 to June 2016, where responsibilities included guiding scientific and clinical development. Tori's career began with roles as an ophthalmic technician, clinic manager, and executive recruiter, and includes foundational experience at a Harley Davidson store and as a front desk receptionist. Tori holds a Master's of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's of Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University.
