David Spreen is an experienced leader in project management, currently serving as Senior Director EPO at EyeCare Partners since July 2022. Previously, from November 2006 to July 2022, David held the position of Director Project Management at Sisters of Mercy Health System, where oversight included directing over 500 corporate and IT projects with an annual capital asset budget of $500 million and managing a team of 30 direct reports. Earlier experience at Business Edge/Charter involved enhancing the quality of high-speed internet installations by more than 50% and leading a team to improve provisioning systems. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Lindenwood University.
