Paul Stephens has held various positions in the field of biology and biotechnology. Paul started their career as a PhD student at the University of Sheffield before moving on to work at Celltech as the Director of Discovery Biology. Paul also worked as a biotech at Celltech R&D and later on as a Director and Senior Director at UCB. Paul has a wealth of experience in the industry spanning several decades.
