Crystal Martinez has over two decades of experience in the field of ophthalmology, currently serving as a Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (COMT) and Technical Staff Trainer at Eye Associates of New Mexico since October 2001. In this role, Crystal focuses on educating newly hired technical staff, ensuring they possess a solid foundation in ophthalmic knowledge and skills, thereby enhancing patient care.
