Subbu Natarajan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Partner/Principal at EY since February 2015, Subbu advises C-suite executives on comprehensive transformation strategies, focusing on Utilities, Healthcare, and Hospitality. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Executive and Technology & Digital Transformation Leader at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where Subbu acted as VP of Technology and Chief Architect for a large-scale digital transformation initiative. At Accenture, Subbu was the Global Lead for Digital Enterprise, driving business growth and innovation. Subbu’s career also includes significant leadership positions at Jive Software, IBM, and earlier roles in technology and software engineering. Subbu holds degrees from the University of Madras and Harvard University.
