Shannon MacDonald, FCPA, FCA, MHSc, ICD.D, currently serves as a Partner at EY since August 2022. Previously, Shannon held the position of Managing Director at Accenture from September 2017 to July 2022, leading the Health and Social Services practice in the Canadian market. Shannon's extensive career at Deloitte Canada, spanning from 1990 to July 2017, included roles such as Partner, Vice Chair, Ontario Government Lead, Chief Inclusion Officer, and National Health Care Leader, along with participation on various executive committees and the Global Board of Directors for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd. Shannon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Prince Edward Island, a Master of Health Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Toronto, and an ICD.D designation in Board Governance from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
