Rheanna Martino is an experienced recruitment professional with a significant background in talent attraction and acquisition, particularly within the early careers sector. Since September 2014, Rheanna has served as an Assistant Director at EY, managing the campus recruiting team and collaborating with recruiting leaders to meet recruitment needs across the US. Prior roles included campus recruiter and rotational talent advisor at EY, where Rheanna successfully sourced and onboarded numerous full-time associates and interns. Prior to EY, Rheanna held the position of Executive Corporate Recruiter and Internship Program Director at Collabera, and also worked as an Executive Corporate Recruiter at Brillio.
