Nemanja Tomic currently serves as the Director of Technology Consulting at EY since November 2024. Prior to that role, Nemanja held the position of Director of Engineering at symphony.is from October 2017 to November 2024, where responsibilities included developing a scalable organizational structure and creating career pathways for engineering professionals. In previous positions, Nemanja served as Head of Software Engineering, overseeing the growth of the Novi Sad engineering hub, and played a key role in scaling a significant client account for a major Big Tech company. Earlier experience includes roles as Solutions Architect at TKN Innovative, Team Lead at DEVTECH, and Software Developer in various capacities, including freelance work. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology and a Specialist-Applied Engineer degree in E-Commerce from the College of Technology in Novi Sad.
