Mary O'Leary possesses extensive experience in tax policy and law, currently serving as Director of Tax Policy & Sustainability at EY and previously holding the position of Tax Technology Lead at Vizor. Mary has also worked as a Tax Policy Analyst and Lawyer at the OECD and as a Senior Tax Associate at KPMG, with early experience as a Paralegal at Norton Rose Australia. Mary O'Leary holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax and Digitalisation from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), completed in 2021, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Sydney, completed in 2010.
