Marcus Davenport has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having served as a partner at Ernst & Young for several years before retirement from the role of Partner - Global Financial Services. Davenport also held the position of Managing Partner at BDO USA, LLP until retirement in December 2023. Since September 2000, Davenport has been an Advisory Board Member at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Davenport earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee between 1985 and 1989.
