Magesh Adithya is a consultant at EY since June 2024, having previously held the position of Business Consultant Risk from April to August 2023. Prior to joining EY, Magesh worked at Ford Motor Company from July 2019 to May 2022, first as a Senior Associate in Customer Operations and then as an Associate in the same department. In these roles, Magesh contributed to improving data quality and cross-team collaboration by addressing customer data issues and developing business rules. Magesh holds a PGDM in Business Innovation and Financial Services from the Goa Institute of Management (2024) and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy (2019).
