Kenny Lott Jr, M.A., is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Assistant Director and Talent Consultant at EY since March 2017, where responsibilities include advising on HR operational support and managing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives for a large consulting workforce. Previous roles include coordinating Talent Management and Organizational Development at Exelon, providing HR support at the University of Chicago, and performing various HR functions in short-term contracts. Kenny holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
