Katherine Highton is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent attraction and acquisition. Currently serving as a Recruitment Manager for Experienced Hire at EY since November 2021, Katherine focuses on driving business transformation through people, technology, and innovation. Prior to EY, Katherine held the role of Senior Recruiter and Supervising Associate at Howard Gray Ltd from August 2016 to November 2021, where recruitment services were provided for the Oil & Gas sector. Additionally, Katherine spent nearly 11 years at Leap 29 as Global Operations Manager, developing new markets and fostering long-term client relationships. Katherine holds a BA (Hons) in Broadcast Journalism from Nottingham Trent University and completed A Levels and GCSEs at Urmston Grammar School.
