Jonathan Sears is a Principal at EY, currently serving as the Americas HR Technology Leader within People Advisory Services since September 2016. Sears has held multiple leadership roles at EY, including East Region Leader and Americas Solutions and Technology Leader. Additionally, Jonathan is an Advisory Board Member at Summer Search since February 2021. Previously, Sears worked at Willis Towers Watson from January 2001 to September 2016, where responsibilities included Global Markets Leader, HR Technology Practice Leader for the Americas, and East Division Sales and Marketing Leader for HR Technology. Jonathan holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BS in Computer Science - Business Information Systems from Elizabethtown College.
