Grace Schultz is an accomplished professional with significant experience in marketing and administrative roles, currently serving as an Assistant Director and Field Marketing Strategist at EY since September 2016. Schultz has managed the Entrepreneur Of The Year® Program across multiple Western U.S. markets and held various positions including Senior Associate and Supervising Associate, contributing to brand marketing and communications. Additionally, Schultz has a strong background in coaching, having served as Head Varsity Women's Lacrosse Coach at Roosevelt High School and co-coaching roles in other lacrosse programs. Informed by a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Redlands, Schultz also has experience in administrative support and customer service across several industries.
