Erin Bennardo is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as the EY GigNow Talent Attraction Lead for Assurance and Strategy & Transactions, Erin manages a recruiting team that sources and engages contingent workers for diverse client engagements at EY. Previous experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where engagement focused on global product development and supply, and as a Corporate Recruiter and Team Lead at WilsonHCG, where Erin led a team in full life cycle corporate recruiting. Erin began a career in recruitment as a Talent Attraction Specialist and Sourcing Assistant. Erin holds a BA in Advertising, Public Relations, and Graphic Design from the University of Tampa.
