Denisse Caraballo, MBA, is an experienced professional in human resources and consulting, currently serving as a Senior People Consultant at EY since November 2024. Prior to this role, Denisse worked as a UKG Implementation Consultant at Jubilant, where expertise in Human Capital Management software was applied. Previous positions include Strategic Consultant at PREDICTIVEHR, Quality & Implementation Consultant and HRIS Consultant at Identech, Inc., Human Resources Manager at SELLBYTEL Group, HR & Payroll Manager at VA Claim Pros, and roles at Claro Puerto Rico and MAPFRE, focusing on HR administration, payroll, and employee relations.
