Carolyn Pettke, PMP, currently serves as Assistant Director at EY within the Americas DEI Center of Excellence and the Americas Consulting Service Line, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Prior to EY, Carolyn was Senior Manager of National Chapter Development at Folds of Honor, leading chapter activities for the organization supporting educational scholarships for the families of fallen and disabled service members. Carolyn has also held various roles at RSM US LLP, including National Manager of Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, where responsibilities included managing national employee network groups and DEI program initiatives. Earlier experience includes talent acquisition roles at Baker Tilly US and regional positions at RSM, along with HR-related roles in diverse organizations. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University.
