Andrei Charnamys is a Solutions Architect at EY since April 2024, previously holding various roles at EffectiveSoft from 2013 to March 2024, including Architect, Group Manager, Java Team Leader, and Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at Neklo in 2016 and four years at EPAM Systems from 2009 to 2013, also as a Software Engineer. Andrei holds a Bachelor's degree from Belarusian National Technical University, earned between September 2005 and July 2010.
