André Courville, FCPA, FCA, has extensive leadership experience, currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Uni-Select Inc. since 2014 and as President and CEO of the Institut des administrateurs de sociétés, section Québec. Courville's career at EY spanned several decades, culminating in a role as retired partner and former senior audit partner, where responsibilities included managing a substantial audit group and guiding strategic initiatives. In addition, Courville holds key leadership positions with the Fondation de l’Institut de cardiologie de Montréal and has served on various boards, including the Groupe St-Hubert and as an administrator at Défense Nationale, contributing to significant advisory roles in the public sector. Courville's educational background includes studies at HEC Montréal, Institut des administrateurs de sociétés, Harvard's Kellogg program, and Western University in senior management.
