Akhil Cheekati is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in quantitative finance and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in the Quantitative Finance and Economics division at EY since March 2021, Akhil previously held the position of Associate in the same department. Prior experience includes working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Data Analytics in Business course at the Georgia Institute of Technology and as an Advanced Analyst at EY, where Akhil contributed to model remediation and validation projects for prominent investment banks. Akhil's career began with an internship focusing on derivatives valuation at EY, following an internship as a Software Development Intern at HERE. Akhil holds a Master of Science in Quantitative and Computational Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
