Sharon Clausen is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as a Staff QA Engineer at Exzeo USA since March 2015, Sharon has previously held positions including Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer and QA Analyst. Prior to this, Sharon worked at Thomson Reuters Westlaw from August 1998 to March 2015, where responsibilities included creating and managing performance testing activities, training test teams, and overseeing software testing processes. Earlier career experience includes teaching multiple grade levels at Minneapolis Public School District, along with roles in technical support and electronic publishing. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Art and Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
