Tobias Klande is an experienced Automotive Technologist at ExxonMobil since September 2014, specializing in driveline and electric vehicle technologies. As a project leader, Klande has executed next-generation technology and development projects for European and global OEMs, successfully led motorsport programs, and developed innovative thermal management fluids, including the first 3-in-1 full immersion thermal management fluid for Porsche GT4 e-Performance. Klande has received multiple awards, including the 2019 EMRE President Technology Award and the 2019 EMCC President Global Technology Award. Prior to ExxonMobil, Klande worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Leibniz Universität Hannover while completing a Ph.D. in inorganic and physical chemistry and a diploma in chemistry.
