Qiuzi Li is a seasoned professional at ExxonMobil, serving as a Planning Advisor since June 2013, where responsibilities include aligning communications and identifying business improvement opportunities. Previous roles include Advanced Research Associate and Program Leader, focusing on carbon storage advancements and Upstream technologies, as well as Senior Researcher, where innovative methods for oil recovery and steel quality control were developed. In addition to an ongoing role as an American Physical Society Career Mentoring Fellow, providing mentorship to early career scientists, Qiuzi Li has served on the APS Committee on the Status of Women in Physics and coached the U.S. Physics Olympiad Team. Qiuzi Li holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School, a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Zhejiang University.
