Project Engineer at ExxonMobil

Isabel Beariault is a Project Engineer on the Environment and Property Solutions team at ExxonMobil since April 2024. Isabel has extensive experience in engineering and education, including roles as an Alumni Award Leader at The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award USA, where mentorship of award participants occurs, and as a Teaching Assistant for Geotechnical Engineering at Cornell University. Previous internships include a Summer Associate position at Clark Construction Group, focusing on construction management, and a Portfolio Strategy Intern role at GECAS, researching aviation decarbonization. Isabel contributed to design efforts for sustainable dorms in Nepal with Cornell University Sustainable Design and participated in engineering initiatives with Engineers In Action. Isabel holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, along with experience studying abroad in Spanish at Universitat de Barcelona.
