Fazal Mirza is a Facilities Engineer at ExxonMobil, providing process and facilities engineering support to Upstream Assets since August 2020. Responsibilities include monthly mass balance reporting, process monitoring for production optimization, and making recommendations to enhance compliance with regulatory standards. Prior experience includes a role as a Maintenance Engineer in the Canadian Oil Sands business, where Fazal focused on mine operational planning, performance analysis, and KPI monitoring, as well as developing dashboards in Power BI and Tableau. Additionally, Fazal serves as the Vice President of Public Relations for Toastmasters International, enhancing communication and visibility within the organization. Earlier internships include work as an Engineering Intern at UltraTech Cement and as a Production Engineer at Indian Oil Corp Limited.
