Balabhaskar Ashok Kumar is a Project Controls Engineer at ExxonMobil since August 2020, specializing in cost estimation methods for various engineering disciplines, including fabrication and construction. In this role, Balabhaskar has led cost estimation exercises for projects valued between 1B USD and 10B USD and contributed to carbon capture and deepwater project strategies. Additionally, Balabhaskar serves as a pro bono consultant for Impact Consulting, where market strategies for sustainable food startups are developed. Previous experience includes roles as Marketing Coordinator for Ragam at National Institute of Technology Calicut, a Chemical Engineering intern at Cairn Oil and Gas, and positions within the Indian Society for Technical Education.
