Stephane Royer serves as Group CFO at Exxelia since June 2023, overseeing financial operations for a company specializing in complex passive components for challenging markets such as Aeronautics, Defense, and Space. Prior to this role, Stephane held several executive positions, including CFO for the EMEA & South America Division at Nexteer Automotive from July 2019 to December 2022, and Group Business Controller at Daher from July 2014 to July 2019. Additional experience includes serving as CFO at ARJOWIGGINS SECURITY, Division CFO at Arjowiggins Creative Papers, and various finance-related roles at TCL Multimedia and Technicolor.
