Alain Guillon is an experienced operations executive currently serving as VP Central Operations at Exxelia since October 2021. Previously, Alain held several key leadership roles at Trelleborg from July 2007 to October 2021, including Group Manufacturing Excellence Director, VP Global Operations BU FHS, and Managing Director of TISAS, overseeing extensive manufacturing operations across multiple countries. Alain's earlier career includes positions as Director of Global Operations and Supply Chain Director at Trelleborg Industrial Hoses and Supply Chain Manager and Materials Manager at Schlumberger. Alain holds an Executive MBA from emlyon business school and an Engineer's degree from ECAM LaSalle, supplemented by APICS CPIM certification in 1993.
