Brooke Chew has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2010, they began their career as an Event Volunteer at Evergreen Hospital. In 2015, they took on a role as a Guest Services Associate at Kemper Development Company. In 2016, they became a Bronco Ambassador at Boise State University. In 2017, they were an Intern at Norsk Design Build. In 2018, they were a Project Engineering Intern at Exxel Pacific, Inc. and in 2019, they moved up to a Senior Project Engineer role at the same company. Brooke also held roles as a Project Engineer I and Project Engineer II at Exxel Pacific, Inc.

Brooke Chew attended Redmond High School from 2012 to 2015. Brooke then went on to pursue a degree in Construction Management from Boise State University, graduating in 2019 with a degree in Engineering.
