Aaron Molauzi is an experienced professional in the mining and metallurgy sector, currently serving as the Manager of Plant at Exxaro Grootegeluk Mine since June 2020. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Manager Process Development at Exxaro Grootegeluk Coal Mine from 2013, leading a team of metallurgists and ensuring optimal efficiency in processing plants. Responsibilities include coal accounting, process optimization, and managing capital projects and operational expenditures. Aaron's career at Exxaro Resources began in 2004, following a BSc in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, which was preceded by a bursary and a PIT Program at Leeuwpan Coal Mine.
