Melinda (Mindy) Braithwaite is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources consulting and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in the Human Capital Division at Exude, Inc. since May 2016 and as Principal at Kaleidoscope Consulting, LLC, since January 2014, Mindy specializes in evaluating, designing, and implementing best practices in human resources. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Sellers Dorsey and Vice President of Human Resources Shared Services at Steward Health Care, where responsibilities included the establishment of efficient HR service models for large organizations. Mindy's career also encompasses transformational roles at WGBH and comprehensive operational management at Truman Company, combined with long-standing positions at ING Investment Management and Baring Asset Management. Mindy holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Scranton.
