Christie New has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christie started their career at Country Road Group as a Sales Associate from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they worked at Vera Wang and Lee Mathews as a Sales Associate from 2013 to 2014. Christie then transitioned to The Classic Cupcake Co as an Executive Assistant from 2014 to 2016. In the same year, they also served as a Marketing Assistant at Griffin Theatre Company. From 2016 to 2018, Christie worked at Country Road Group once again as a Sales Associate. Christie then joined UberEats, where they held the positions of SMB Account Executive from 2018 to 2019 and Account Manager from 2019 to 2019. After that, they worked as a Revenue Analyst at APRA AMCOS from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at KPM Music as a Creative Sync Executive. Most recently, they joined Extreme Music as an Associate in Creative Sync in 2022.

Christie New pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History from the University of Sydney, where they attended from 2015 to 2017.
