Elizabeth Killinger is a distinguished member of various boards, including Extraordinary Women on Boards, Texas Economic Development Corporation, and Helmerich & Payne, as well as previous service on the TDECU Board of Directors, where responsibilities included chairing the HR/Compensation Committee and participation in multiple committees. With extensive experience in the energy sector, Elizabeth served as Executive Vice President at NRG Energy from 2002 to 2025, overseeing a $10 billion Retail Energy division, which encompassed Reliant Energy and various other brands serving millions of customers. Prior to that, Elizabeth held leadership roles at Reliant Energy and was a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston.
