Martin Phillips has extensive experience in the storage management industry, currently serving as Store Manager at Extra Space Storage since August 2023, following a two-year tenure as Store Manager at Life Storage. Prior roles include Regional Manager at Otter Storage Management LLC, overseeing 25 locations, and Property Manager at Metro Storage LLC, where responsibilities included all aspects of management and customer service. Martin also held the position of Senior Facility Manager for multiple locations in Chicago and its suburbs while advancing through roles at SecurCare Self Storage and Riverview Self Storage. Early career experience includes working in ticket sales and press at Cornerstone Festival, as well as serving as Assistant to the Engineer at Tone Zone Recording. Martin holds a High School Diploma from Western High School.
