Alicia Foucault is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and team management. Since June 2016, Alicia has served as Manager RH Sud-Ouest at Extia, overseeing human resources operations for the Bordeaux-Toulouse-La Rochelle region. Prior roles at Extia include Manager RH, where responsibilities included defining recruitment plans and managing career progression for consultants, and Consultante RH, focused on recruitment and candidate support in Rhône-Alpes. Before joining Extia, Alicia held recruitment positions at MERITIS and Edmond de Rothschild (France), where expertise included sourcing and managing relationships with top business schools. Alicia holds a Master 2 in Resources Humaines from MBS School of Business and additional qualifications in Business Science from Halmstad University, complemented by preparatory classes for business schools.
