At Extentia Information Technology, Arijit currently holds the position of Manager - Technical Capability Development. In this role, they focus on structuring technical training and capability development within the company. Arijit collaborates closely with the delivery team to ensure predictable capacity development and upskilling for employees. Additionally, Arijit works with a research and development team towards early adoption and growth of AI technologies.

Prior to their current role, Arijit worked as an L&D Consultant at Extentia. Here, they were responsible for designing and implementing structural improvements in the learning and development initiatives of the company. Their efforts aimed to enhance the training programs for Salesforce development, quality assurance, and business analysis. Arijit effectively fine-tuned the recruitment process for these programs, introduced structured experiences and outcomes, and significantly improved their performance.

Before joining Extentia, Arijit founded Lydnow Edutech Pvt Ltd in 2018. As the Founder-Mentor, they played a key role in the organization's operations and mentoring activities.

From 2012 to 2018, Arijit was the Founder of Lydnow Training and Innovations LLP. During this time, they led the company in its training and innovation endeavors.

Starting their career in 2011, Arijit worked at Shinota Consulting as a Training Associate. Here, they focused on using NLP and art-based therapies for personal development. Arijit held the role of junior trainer and program design executive for training young adults.

Arijit Mallick pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Arijit studied at the university from 2007 to 2010.
