Brittany Hicks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Extensiv since April 2021, Brittany oversees a department of over 30 professionals across multiple teams, including Implementation, Consulting Services, EDI, and Tech Services. Prior to this role, Brittany managed a team of Implementation Managers focused on 3PL Warehouse Manager implementations. Before joining Extensiv, Brittany worked at Encompass Technologies as an Implementation Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing mid to large-scale customer implementations covering a range of systems such as ERP, OMS, and CRM. Additional roles include Software Analyst at The Human Bean Coffee Franchise and multiple positions at the Center for Human Enrichment. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Northern Colorado.
