Matthew White is a Senior UX Designer at Extension Engine, LLC. Previously, they were a presenter at Masie Learning 2017, a guest session speaker at Elliot Masie's Learning 2017 conference in Orlando FL. Matthew has also held the positions of Senior Training Program Manager II at Synopsys Inc and Learning Experience Designer at Codiscope.

Throughout their career, Matthew has been passionate about making the three orbits – people, process, and technology to work together. Matthew is an expert in creating evangelists & early adopters who will champion the importance of Learning Design to upper management. In addition, they have successfully implemented agile principles for “right brain” creative teams.

-Matthew White has a M. Ed in Instructional Design from UMass Boston

-Matthew also has a Bachelors in Fine Arts, Design from Lesley University

-Lastly, they have an Associates in Visual and Media Arts from Bunker Hill CC
