Richard Tauvon has extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and team leadership, spanning over two decades in the retail and banking sectors. Currently serving as Proxy Product Owner and Team Lead at Extenda Retail since May 2021, Richard has been with Capgemini since November 2011, holding various roles including Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager, notably leading Oracle development at Ikano Bank and managing multiple Card Payment Platform projects for IKEA. Richard's prior roles at IKEA IT included product responsibility for Card Solutions and Calypso, as well as IT/Admin management at IKEA Svenska Försäljning AB.
