Maxime Gill has a diverse work experience in the engineering and operations field. Maxime started their career at T-Rex Vehicles Inc. in 2006 as an Ingénieur conception. In 2008, they joined Campagna Motors where they held multiple roles including Ingénieur conception, Directeur ingénierie, and ultimately Directeur des opérations. In 2019, Maxime joined Madvac as the Director of Operations and later became the VP of Engineering in 2023.

Maxime Gill attended Université de Sherbrooke from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bacc degree in Mechanical Engineering.
