Dr. Sulaiman Alqahtani's work experience includes positions in various organizations. From 2019 to the present, they have served as the General Manager of Policies and Legislation Development at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority. In this role, they have led a high-performing team and developed governance, policies, and procedures to effectively manage the Public Investment Management framework. Dr. Sulaiman Alqahtani has also coordinated and monitored complex tasks and assignments across multiple departments.

Prior to this, from 2015 to 2019, Dr. Alqahtani worked as an Academic Researcher at Curtin University. And from 2012 to 2015, they served as a Lecturer at the Australian School of Management.

Earlier in their career, from 2012 to 2019, they held the position of Senior Manager of Policies and Strategic Studies at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority. Dr. Sulaiman Alqahtani also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Information Systems from Curtin University and a Master's degree in Information Systems from the same institution. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a double major from Murdoch University.
