Bwalya Liden Nalwimba has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Branch Head at Bayport Financial Services until December 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Manager - Personal Loans at Mfinance-Kitwe for six months before becoming a Branch Manager at Mfinance-Chingola until February 2017. From February 2017 to July 2017, they briefly served as a Branch Manager at ExpressCredit Group before being promoted to Head of Branch Operations until July 2022. In July 2022, Bwalya took on the role of Head - Branch Operations & Sales at ExpressCredit Group, where they currently work.

Bwalya Liden Nalwimba's education history includes attending the NIEC School of Business and Management Studies from 2001 to 2002. From 1995 to 1997, they studied at Kansenshi High Sch. Additionally, Bwalya obtained a certification in SME Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in October 2015.
