Joe Young has a robust background in software development and web programming, currently serving as the Manager of Integration Services at Express Employment International since November 2016, focusing on back office automation and web development with Visual LANSA, as well as systems integration with MuleSoft. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Developer at Paycom and as a Senior Software Developer at MTM Recognition, where responsibilities encompassed developing web-based applications and researching new technologies for modernization. Joe began a career at Tarleton State University as a Web Programmer, contributing to web applications for staff and faculty, and initially worked as a Software Developer at The Innovation Group, specializing in insurance policy administration software. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Tarleton State University, complemented by earlier studies in Biology at Norwich University.
