Suzanne Eggleton is an experienced professional in technical writing and application support, currently serving as Manager of Technical Writing and Application Support at Express Scripts Canada since March 2009. Prior to this role, Suzanne held positions as Manager of Technical Writing and Team Lead for Technical Writing and Training at the same company. Suzanne's career includes a stint as a Senior Technical Writer at McAfee from October 2008 to March 2009 and at ESI Canada from August 1997 to October 2008. Educationally, Suzanne obtained an H.B.Sc. in Physical Anthropology, Geography, and English from the University of Toronto Mississauga and completed further studies at Humber College between 2004 and 2005.
