Rachel Blong began their work experience in 2014 as a Salesperson at La' James International College. From there, they transitioned to a role as an Office Associate at Thrivent Financial for one year. In 2018, Rachel worked as a Teller at Community Bank & Trust for over a year before becoming an Account Executive at Express Logistics, Inc. in 2019, where they are currently employed.

Rachel Blong completed their education at the University of Northern Iowa, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing.
