Christina Jo Rasmussen began their work experience in 2013 as a Projektansættelse at SDC. Christina Jo then worked as a Tjener at Ny Asien from 2012 to 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Teaching Assistant at Det Natur- og Biovidenskabelige Fakultet, Københavns Universitet. In 2019, they completed an Internship in Downstream Process Development at ExpreS2ion Biotechnologies. In 2020, they worked as a Research Assistant at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and is currently employed as a Scientist at ExpreS2ion Biotechnologies.

Christina Jo Rasmussen has a strong educational background in the field of Biochemistry. Christina Jo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, graduating in 2016. Following this, they pursued further studies in the same field and went on to earn a Master's degree from the same institution, which they completed in 2019 with a focus on Protein Chemistry. Prior to their university education, Christina attended Roskilde Katedralskole from 2009 to 2012, where they completed their Gymnasieeksamen. Their Gymnasieeksamen comprised of Bioteknologi A, Matematik A, and Fysik B as their primary areas of study.
