Matthew Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Teaching Fellow at The King's School, Canterbury for one year. In 2018, they briefly worked at Mission Squash where they focused on Special Projects and Volunteer Management. Following this, they joined Grant Thornton LLP in 2019 as an Associate until 2020. Matthew's most recent role was at Expression, where they held multiple positions. Matthew started as a Junior Program Manager in April 2020 and later transitioned to a Strategic Execution Manager in July 2021. Currently, Matthew is serving as the Chief of Staff to the CTO at Expression.

Matthew Schwartz completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish and Religious Studies at the University of Virginia from 2012 to 2016. Matthew then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University, studying from 2018 to 2019. In addition, Matthew has obtained several certifications including Agile Fundamentals Certified from SoftEd in August 2021, Certified Capability Maturity Model Institute (CMMI) Associate from CMMI in October 2020, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2022, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2021.
