Daniel Wilhelmsen is an experienced Director of Engineering at explore.org, overseeing the management, maintenance, and development of web, mobile, and TV applications since April 2017. In previous roles, Daniel served as a Senior Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, and Lead Web Developer, contributing to various projects involving modern frameworks such as React, Laravel, and Ruby on Rails. Daniel's technical expertise spans a range of programming languages and platforms, including Python, Django, and WordPress, complemented by a solid foundation in media production and design. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts: Producing from the University of Arizona and an Associate of Applied Sciences in Digital Arts Film & Animation from Pima Community College.
