Natalie Hodson's work experience includes being a Materials Director at Exploration & Testing Associates Limited since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Asphalt Sales Manager at JOBLING PURSER from July 2019 to July 2020. Natalie also served as an External Sales Representative at CEMEX UK from November 2016 to June 2019, and as a Contracts Administrator at Ian Farmer Associates (1998) Limited from June 2009 to November 2016.

Natalie Hodson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership, Management, and Organisations from Teesside University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013.
